Transformative Yoga:

Somatic Restorative Yoga Blend.  

Detox Yoga followed by Guided Yoga Nidra:

gentle stretching, supported twists and guided relaxation.

Stretch and Breathe:

Basic full body stretching.  Intentional full body breath circulation.  Woven together to create maximum energy flow.

Energizing Hatha:

Join Stephanie for an energizing Hatha Yoga session designed to wake up your body, clear your mind, and lift your spirits! This class blends mindful movement, deep breathing, and more challenging and advanced strength-building postures to help you deepen your practice, with plenty of modifications to suit your individual practice.

This session is offered through Sasaphras Yoga, gratefully operated by Stephanie Vaus. With nearly a decade of experience in the enriching world of yoga instruction, Stephanie infuses her classes with movement and magic. She is dedicated to providing her students with practices that emphasize safe alignment, a deep connection to the breath, and a profound awareness of the Self.

What to Expect:

- Invigorating Hatha flow suitable for all levels
- Breathwork to boost vitality and focus
- Postures that build strength, balance, and flexibility
- Options to more deeply challenge and modifications for safety and support
- A general familiarity of yoga is encouraged, but beginners are welcome

Hoop Flow:

Hoop Flow is a beginner-friendly, no experience necessary hula hooping dance party! In this class we combine gentle stretching, on-body hooping, and a few simple tricks. This low impact cardio workout not only gets your blood pumping, but gives you a blast of total bliss as you jam out to funky music and learn to move with the rhythms of your body. Hoops are provided; bring drinking water and wear comfortable, preferably cotton or natural fiber clothing.

Hatha Yoga:

Jen’s Hatha Yoga classes pair asana and pranayama (physical postures and breathwork) to quiet the mind, rejuvenate the spirit and promote overall well-being.  Each practice is set to music, begins with a centering, builds into a slow-flow of movement and ends with savasana (total relaxation). Intensity varies, depending on the energy level of the room.  Classes are welcoming and accessible to all, with modifications available to support the individual needs of each body.  You’ll feel better walking out than you did walking in!

HolyFire® III Karuna Reiki is a deeply nurturing energy that supports healing through self-compassion and unconditional self-love.  Michelle creates a safe, sacred container using HolyFire® Reiki, grounding breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and shamanic journeying. Rest on your mat as she gently walks you home with the healing sounds of drums, chimes, rattles, and crystal singing bowls.  Truly an experience like no other.  Come exactly as you are. A powerful fusion of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices, Nia is a holistic movement & wellness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind, and soul.  Nia has a class or program for everybody, regardless of age, health or fitness level.  Using a system of 52 simple moves, each Nia workout delivers full-body conditioning leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.  Practiced barefoot, Nia’s purpose is to inspire and guide people to listen to the wisdom of the body, choose movement that feels good, and find connection in community.  Nia is for every person who desires to discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life.

Chair Yoga:

Chair yoga is a modified form of yoga using a sturdy chair for support.  Traditional poses are made accessible while seated or standing, without needing to get on the floor.  Beth's chair yoga classes focus on gentle stretches, breath work, and mindfulness for improved flexibility, strength, stress relief, and overall well-being and are ideal for seniors, people with injuries, or those needing balance help.
