Friday Hoop Flow is a beginner-friendly, no experience necessary hula hooping dance party!In this class we combine gentle stretching, on-body hooping, and a few simple tricks. This low impact cardio workout not only gets your blood pumping, but gives you a blast of total bliss as you jam out to funky music and learn to move with the rhythms of your body. Hoops are provided; bring drinking water and wear comfortable, preferably cotton or natural fiber clothing.
Friday nights 6-7pm $20
