SOMA Breath is a guided breathwork experience that combines rhythmic breathing, music and intentional pauses to help your body shift out of stress and into balance. This practice works directly with your nervous system – helping you feel calmer, clearer and more grounded, often in just one session. Each 60-minute session includes: gentle grounding and explanation, guided rhythmic breathing, music-supported breath journey, rest and integration, closing reflection. All sessions are beginner-friendly and trauma-informed.
